Permissions
This allows administrators to assign specific access rights to users based on their role, associated company, application, menu, and defined access groups.
Navigation:
Settings > Access Control > Permissions
Click on New Permission (located at the top-right corner of the screen) to create a new permission .

Adding a New Permission
Permissions are defined on a per-user basis. Each permission entry links a user to their associated company, project, application, and access rights.
Configuration Fields
| Field | Description |

| User Name | Select the user from the drop-down list for whom the permission is to be set. |
| Company | Choose the company to which the user belongs. |
| Project Name | Select the relevant project within the chosen company. |
| App Name | Choose the application the user should have access to. |
| Role | Assign a role that determines the user’s level of access and responsibilities within the selected app. |
| Menu | Specify the menu or module within the app that the user can interact with. |
| Access Group | Select the appropriate access group that defines the organizational hierarchy and level (e.g., Project, BU, Cluster). |
Purpose of Permissions
- Ensure Role-Based Access Control across multiple applications and organizational entities.
- Maintain data security and operational boundaries by mapping each user to only their relevant components.
- Allows control on who can view, edit, or manage specific sections of an app.
