Organisation Setup
The Organisation Setup section allows users to create and manage multiple companies under a main organisation.
The structure supports a main domain with multiple sub-companies (e.g., a parent company with several branches or subsidiaries).
Navigation:
Settings > Accounts > Organisation Setup
Click on edit button (located at the top-right corner of the screen)
Creating a New Organisation
Click on New Organisation to begin the setup.
| Fields | Description |
|---|---|
| Organisation Name | Full name of the organisation |
| Short Name | Abbreviated or short version of the organisation name |
| Applicable Environment | Environment type (e.g., LIVE, DEV, QA, etc.) defined during backend setup |
| Country | Select the country to which the organisation belongs |
| Currency | Choose the preferred currency for transactions |
| Timezone | Select the appropriate timezone from the list |
| Logo | Upload the company logo - Recommended size: 150px x 30px, where Editing options are available before saving |
After entering the above details, click Add to save the organisation.
