Overview

A report is an organized document conveying information for a specific purpose. In sterlo, user can access reports by clicking ‘Report’ on the Homescreen. Select the desired report category , customize the date range, and click OK to view the detailed datewise report. Follow the Interactive video to know more.

Types of Report

In sterlo, users can effortlessly explore various report formats for data analysis and comparisons which includes,

  • Grid - Resembling a spreadsheet, this report format organizes data in a tabular structure.

  • Pivot - Offering an interactive method for swiftly summarizing extensive data sets.

  • Chart - A visual representation displaying numeric data in a concise layout, revealing crucial relationships within the data.

Parameters

The users can customize the parameters like date, category, department, service etc. Also the user can set the type of report view. Types of View

  • Open - The user can select the type of required report and view the same
  • Modify - Customise the Report as per your preference

Options

  • Sort - arrange data in a specific order based on one or more criteria to analyse and interpret data
  • Filter - focus on the most relevant information to narrow down the data by filtering with some criterias
