Notification

Overview

When there is a task escalation process, a notification is triggered for an unaddressed task or request which has been assigned by the task initiator. Users can submit various requests, which are then forwarded to the designated Task Initiator.

Action

A turn around time for the task is set for responding to it and when it lapses the TAT with action, the task is escalated to next person in-charge. This escalation triggers a notification in the dashboard, where the information has been detailed in the below video.
