Albendazole is an ingredient in Zentel 400 mg, an antiparasitic drug that is mostly used to treat worm infections. It functions by preventing the worms from absorbing glucose, which is necessary for their existence. The parasites lose vitality, become immobile, and ultimately perish without glucose.

A variety of worms, including those that cause illnesses like roundworm, tapeworm, and hookworm, can be effectively eradicated with Zentel 400. Depending on the severity of the infection, it is often recommended in a single dose or over many days. For safety and effectiveness, use Zentel only under a doctor’s supervision at all times.
