Experience & Qualification: 2–3 years in Healthcare / Hospital Software Sales; Any Graduate or Postgraduate in a related field

Job Description

  • Identify and engage in hospitals that can benefit from sterloCare modules.
  • Visit hospitals and meet Admin Heads, Quality Managers and Management Teams to pitch solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate product demos with pre-sales support.
  • Maintain structured and accurate lead updates.
  • Draft proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals confidently.
  • Handle client on boarding and ensure smooth go-live with the delivery team.
  • Build long-term client relationships and up sell additional sterloCare modules.
  • Report weekly progress to management with clarity and accountability.

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of the hospital ecosystem: Administration, Quality, Operations, and IT coordination.
  • Experience in HealthTech sales: Selling HIS, NABH/JCI compliance tools, operational solutions, or healthcare software solutions.
  • Independent client acquisition: Ability to open doors and build relationships with hospital management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation: Skills, with strong relationship management abilities.
  • CRM proficiency: Familiar with tools like Hub Spot for lead tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
  • Proposal and presentation skills: Ability to draft customized proposals and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Ownership and result-driven mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and focused on closing deals efficiently.
  • Cross-team coordination: Collaborate effectively with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams.
  • Understanding of hospital sales cycles: End-to-end knowledge from Evaluation - Demo - Proposal - Negotiation - Purchase Order - Go live
