Job Description
- Design and execute global partner GTM strategy to build and scale a strong partner ecosystem
- Identify, onboard, and enable partners across regions with structured programs and frameworks
- Drive partner-led pipeline generation, revenue growth, and deal closures
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations
- Establish KPIs, governance models, and performance tracking mechanisms
- Leverage partnerships to expand into international markets and drive business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide strategic market insights
- Ensure partners are fully equipped to independently sell and implement solutions

- Partner GTM Strategy:Ability to design and execute global go-to-market strategies through strategic partnerships and scalable ecosystem models.
- Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:Experience in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding partners with structured enablement frameworks and certification programs.
- Partner Enablement & Success:Capability to train and enable partners on product positioning, sales playbooks, and independent solution delivery.
- Revenue & Pipeline Management:Strong ability to co-create GTM plans, drive pipeline generation, track performance, and ensure revenue growth through partners.
- Partner Management & Governance:Expertise in building stakeholder relationships, defining KPIs, and establishing governance and reporting frameworks.
- Market Expansion:Experience in leveraging partnerships for international market entry and growth across Healthcare and Construction domains.
- Communication & Commercial Skills:Strong negotiation, deal-making, and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication abilities.
