Experience & Qualification: 1–2 Years in HIS / EMR or Hospital Software Implementation. Any Graduate or Postgraduate in a related field

Job Description

  • Install, configure, and implement Sterlo software systems based on client requirements.
  • Customize application settings and import master data aligned with hospital processes.
  • Possess a basic understanding of integrating the software with HIS data.
  • Collaborate with various hospital departments (Administration, Billing, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Nursing, etc.) to gather requirements and map suitable solutions.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth and successful go-live.
  • Provide both onsite and remote support during post-implementation phases.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues promptly and efficiently, with support from the technical team.
  • Track implementation progress and proactively mitigate risks or delays.
  • Conduct periodic success reviews with clients to identify additional value-add modules or optimizations.
  • Conduct end-user and hospital staff training sessions on implemented modules.
  • Document client feedback, release plans, and maintain implementation reports.
  • Perform SQL data validations and execute basic queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to influence platform feature enhancements based on client needs, and coordinate with development teams for issue escalations, patch deployment, and enhancement requests.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing common client issues and recommending platform improvements.
  • Assist in defining and maintaining data security and access control policies during implementation.

Key Skills

  • HIS / EMR Software Implementation: Hands-on experience in deploying and configuring hospital information systems and electronic medical records to meet client requirements.
  • Hospital Workflow Understanding: Strong knowledge of hospital operations, including administration, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and nursing processes.
  • Software Installation & Configuration: Ability to install, customize, and configure software applications according to hospital-specific workflows and client needs.
  • Client Coordination & Support: Collaborate effectively with hospital departments and stakeholders to gather requirements, address issues, and ensure smooth implementation.
  • UAT & Go-Live Assistance: Conduct User Acceptance Testing, ensures successful system go-live, and provides post-deployment support.
  • Basic SQL & Troubleshooting: Perform SQL data validations, basic queries, and troubleshoot functional and technical issues efficiently.
  • Windows Server & Networking Basics: Familiarity with Windows Server environments and fundamental networking concepts to support software deployment.
  • Training & Documentation Skills: Conduct end-user and staff training sessions and maintain accurate implementation of reports and documentation.
  • Strong Communication Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and cross-team collaboration.
