How to Login

Introduction

This document provides step-by-step instructions for using the login functionality of the system, including account creation, login methods, password recovery, and additional features. The login system is designed to ensure secure and seamless access for users while providing a user-friendly experience. The first step in the login process for a new user is to enter their domain name to authenticate themselves on the website which redirects them to the Application login page.

1. Accessing the Login Page

  • Open a web browser (Opera, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
  • Enter the prescribed URL (subdomain) in the address bar to access the login page.
  • Based on the subdomain, the landing page will display the relevant company’s Logo and brand prominently at the top and Image at the Left side.

2. Features of the Login Page

3. Logging In

Email and Password Login:

  1. Enter your email address in the Email field.
  2. Enter your password in the Password field.
  3. Click the Login button.
  4. If the email or password is incorrect, an error alert will be displayed.

5. Account Creation

  1. Click on the “Sign Up” link on the login page.
  2. Fill in the required fields (name, email, password, etc.).
  3. Verify your email address through the link sent to your inbox.
  4. Log in with your newly created account credentials.

6. Language Selection

  1. Click on the language dropdown menu on the login page.
  2. Select the desired language from the list.
  3. The input fields and text on the login page will be updated to reflect the selected language.

7. Compatibility and PWA Support

  1. The login system is compatible with all major browsers (Opera, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
  2. It can be converted and used in a Progressive Web App (PWA) viewer for enhanced usability on mobile devices.

8. Successful Login

  1. Upon entering valid credentials and clicking the Login button, the system will authenticate the user.
  2. After successful login, the user will be redirected to the homepage or dashboard.
